内地居民与外国人结婚登记的证件材料要求

一、须提交的证件材料：

本市居民：

1、户口簿（其中“婚姻状况”应当与本人声明一致。不一致的，当事人应当向登记机关提供能够证明及声明真实性的法院生效司法文书、配偶居民死亡医学证明（推断）书等材料；不一致且无法提供相关材料的，当事人应当先到有关部门更正）；

2、居民身份证。

外国人：

1、本人有效护照（或者其他有效国际旅行证件）；

2、本人无配偶的证明。

无配偶证明由所在国公证机构或者有权机关出具，经中国驻该国使（领）馆或该国驻华使（领）馆认证，或者由所在国驻华使（领）馆出具。与中国无外交关系的国家出具的有关证明，应当经与该国及中国均有外交关系的第三国驻该国使（领）馆和中国驻第三国使（领）馆认证，或者经第三国驻华使（领）馆认证；

无配偶证明是外国语言文字的，应当翻译成中文。当事人未提交中文译文的，视为未提交该文件。婚姻登记机关可以接受中国驻外国使领馆或有资格的翻译机构出具的翻译文本。

二、照片：

2寸双方近期半身免冠合影彩色照片3张。

说明：无配偶证明或者声明，自出具之日起6个月有效。如果当事人需要留存，请提前复印留底。

Document Requirements for Marriage Registration between foreigners and China Mainland Residents

1,Essential documents:

(Local Residents)

①,Residence Booklet(“marriage status”should be accord with the truth.If its divorce or widowed,Please note “divorce or widowed”);

②,ID card.

(Foreigner)

①,Valid passport(or other valid international travel certificate);

②,Singleness Certificate

Singleness Certificate must notes:Name、nationality、date of birth、Passport (ID card) No.、residence address、single(unmarried/divorce/widowed);

Singleness Certificate is issue by the notary agency or authorized department of host country,authorized by embassy of China in host country,or issue by embassy of host country in China.

If the Singleness Certificate is in foreign languages,must be translated into Chinese by the translation office authorized by the issued(authorized)embassy or marriage registration office.

2, Documents needs to copy(with A4):

(Local Residents)

Two sides of the ID card;first page of residence booklet,information page(two sides with record).

(foreigner)

Photo page of the passport,stamped page of last entrance(usual residence pag e with stamp).

3, Photos:

Three 2-inch recent color half-length couple photos without cap. Glossy print,red background,no white margin,35mmx55mm.

Remark:the validity of Singleness Certificate is 6 months,please save the copy in advance in case of the party needs to retain.
