7. The period of residence referred to in the provisions of part B hereof shall not be taken into account for inclusion in the status of long-term resident and the granting of nationality to the relevant residents.

29. The third sentence of paragraph 5, Chapter II, Article 20 of Law 4251/2014 shall be replaced to read as follows: “Resale of real estate property while the residence permit is valid to another third-country national grants to the new buyer the right to a residence permit while at the same time the seller’s residence permit is being withdrawn.”

第4251/2014号法律第20条第二章第5款的第三句应改为：“在获得居留许可的同时转售房地产，而第三国对新买主的国家补助也有效。签发居留证，同时撤回卖方的居留证。”

简单解读：如果你卖了房，永居身份将取消，永居身份转移到新的卖家身上。

小孩如何获得希腊国籍？

1. Declaration due to birth and school attendance in Greece

According to Article 1, a child of parents of non Greek nationality, may acquire the Greek

nationality under the following conditions:

a. Registration at the 1st class of a Greek primary school and continuation of attending

this school at the time of declaration of nationality acquisition

b. Continuous lawful residence of one of his/her parents for a minimum of five years

before birth. If the child is born before the lapse of the five years’ residence, Greek

nationality may be acquired after a period of 10 years of continuous lawful residence

of the parent.

c. Lawful residence of both parents at the moment of nationality declaration and, in

addition, holding of one of the following residence permits by one of the parents:

i. Long term residence permit

ii. Ten year or indefinite residence permit

iii. Certificate of permanent residence of an EU citizen

iv. Refugee residence permit or status of subsidiary protection

v. Special Identity Card of Greek ethnic Origin (Homogenis)

vi. ‘Second generation’ residence permit

第1条：非希腊国籍父母的孩子可以在以下的情况取得希腊国籍：

a。在希腊公立小学一年级注册并继续就读（读多少年请看第二条读书时间入籍要求。）

b。一名父母连续合法居住至少五年

出生前。如果孩子在五年居留权到期之前出生，则在希腊连续合法居住10年后才能获得国籍

C。国籍申报时父母双方的合法居留权，以及

另外，其中一位父母持有以下居留证之一：

i。长期居留证

ii。十年或无限期居留证

iii。欧盟公民的永久居留证书

iv。难民居留证或附属保护的状态

v。希腊族裔特别身份证（Homogenis）

vi。“第二代”居留证

2. Declaration due to school or university attendance in Greece a. According to Article 1A, a minor foreigner who permanently and lawfully resides in Greece, may acquire Greek nationality if s/he has successfully attended nine years of primary and secondary education or six years of secondary education. Attending kindergarten preschool does not count. b. A non Greek citizen who lawfully and permanently resides in Greece and has graduated from a Greek university or technological college may acquire Greek nationality within a period of three years after graduation. If nationality acquisition is requested due to school or university attendance after reaching majority age and till the age of 23, the foreigner who continuous to reside lawfully and permanently in Greece, may submit the declaration within a period of three years after graduation.

第二条：在希腊上学或大学就读多久可以入籍：

a。根据第一条a条款，未成年外国人持永居合法的居住在希腊，如果想获得希腊国籍，必须读九年的中小学教育 或六年的初高中教育。读幼儿园学前班时间不算在内。

b。非希腊公民，持永居合法的合法地居住在希腊，并且拥有就读希腊大学或技术学院毕业的学生毕业后三年内申请希腊国籍。

以上条件要求在23岁年龄下，合法居住在希腊，完成相应的年级要求，毕业三年内即可申请。
