克罗地亚公民身份的取得？

克罗地亚公民法案Croatia Citizenship Act第12款如授予一名外籍人士克罗地亚国籍可以使得克罗地亚共和国从中获得利益，那么此外籍人士无需达到本法案第八款之一至四点之要求。其配偶也同样获得本法案第八款之豁免。此外籍人士是否可以通过入籍为克罗地亚带来利益由专业内阁成员评估确认。Article 12A foreigner whose acceptance to Croatian citizenship would be of interest to the Republic of Croatia can obtain Croatian citizenship by naturalization even if he or she does not fulfil the requirements under Article 8, paragraph 1, points 1-4 of this Act. A spouse ofthe person referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article can also acquire Croatian citizenship even if he or she does not fulfil the requirements under Article 8, paragraph 1, points 1-4 of this Act. A competent Ministry will provide an opinion on whether an interest for the acceptance of the foreigner referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article to Croatian citizenship exists.
